    Independent fund managers Gartmore wanted an ad to promote their experience in the highly competitive 'Cautiously-Managed' sector. We dramatised the fund manager's 12 years of experience with 12 notches in posters, press and digital banners, where notches built one at a time from 1 to 12. We also produced online ads for the European and Global Focus funds.

    Direct Mail and Email

    A mailshot to petrolheads who own a VXR (race-tuned) Vauxhall. We included a personalised name sticker for their car window, created in the style of the BTCC (British Touring Car Championships). They also got an invitation to a track day where they could race their own cars and test drive some of the latest VXRs. The stickers caused something of a stir on the VXR forum, creating demand among owners who hadn't been included in the original mailing.

    We produced an email based on the same idea, with a personalised photo of the recipient's surname dropped into a racing VXR. Response rates went through the roof, and Vauxhall called the campaign 'A roaring success'.

    Direct Mail & Brochures

    Our role was to bring the above-the-line Kia creative into the showroom and through the letterbox. Using elements of the TV cartoon world, we created brochures for the range combining the playfulness of the TV with model shots and product detail. No simple task, however the final results were very well received when they appeared in Kia showrooms around the country.

    The playful nature of the brand gave us plenty of opportunity to have fun with the DM. We produced packs with pop-ups, wordsearch puzzles, sliding reveals, even an offer for sexy underwear.

    When Range Rover launched the new 4.4 litre diesel, it was not only their most powerful diesel ever, it was also the most economical, the quietest and the greenest. We highlighted these benefits with the headline 'We couldn't find a single way to improve on the TDV8 diesel engine. We found four.' These improvements were featured on the four panels that revealed on opening the pack.

    Press, DM & Corporate ID

    The Licensed Trade Charity (LTC) represents pub landlords, owners, bar-staff and their families. We developed a brand new campaign for the LTC with a new art direction style and strapline, 'Serving the drinks industry'. The client loved the look so much that they asked us to create a new corporate identity that extended to stationery, and a DM piece that went out to recruit new members.
